te error code is (touchpad error). you have to replace the touchpad assy. the board and overlay.

Have you checked your elements for continuity ? If the oven function uses two elements for example (top & Bottom) and one is open circuit then the remaining working element is not strong enough to raise the oven to the higher temps

First try to either unplug your range. Leave it unplugged for a couple of minutes then plug back in. This can also be achieved by shutting off the breaker that goes to the range.
This should clear this error.

Yes you can no problem at all. Canning is just using boiling water to sterilise the contents of the jars.

I hope you don't mean put the jars directly on the top heated surface? That might work, but the whole idea pf canning in boiling water is to sterilise everything, the jar, the contents, the lid and the locking ring. Too risky.

SE is the error code for a shorted key. It isn't that obvious. E27 for a lot of theSamsung models means the oven sensor is open, while E28 means the ovensensor is shorted. ... And a reading of zero or infinity means replace the sensor if not the wiring.
