1. Turn on your Bizhub 4750 laserjet printer and wait until it sets to normal mode.

2. Go to the Control Panel Settings on the printer.

3. Scroll down and select the Utility or Counter menu.

4. Navigate to the bottom of the screen and open the Details tab.

5.Look for a message stating [STOP][0][0][STOP][0][1]

6. Go to the Counter menu again and scroll down to the bottom.

7. Clear the cache memory under the Developer & Drums menu.

8. Connect your printer and computer over a network connection.

9. Run the F8 program from the Functions menu.

10. The service mode password will display on the screen after a while.

Sounds like a drum motor is going bad. The extra resistance from the thicker paper may be exposing a weakness in one of the drum motors. They aren't terribly expensive but figuring out which one it is might be troublesome on top of the removal and instillation process.

13DD is an eeprom error. Make sure the prcb is connected properly and that the eeprom is installed. If problem persists you may need to replace the prcb.

Description

The leading edge of paper is not turned ON (unblocked) the paper exit sensor (PS3) since the paper feeding is started.

Causes

• Transport motor (M1) • Fusing motor (M3) • Registration clutch (CL4) • Registration sensor (PS1) • Paper exit sensor (PS3) • Front side board (FRB) • MFP board (MFPB)

The registration roller is not causing the print sync issues. It is the sync clutch on the right side of the transfer assembly that is located in the right door that folds down. It is easily replaced and can be found in numerous places online.

1 Check the connection of the fusing unit. 2 Check the fusing unit, IHC, IHPU and PRCB for proper connection and correct or change as necessary. 3 Replace IHC 4 Replace IHPU 5 Replace PRCB

1 Reinstall imaging unit. 2 Reinstall toner cartridge. 3 M3, M4 operation check (At this time, IU must be non-installation.). 4 Change imaging unit. 5 Change PRCB

If you do not use the original toner. May cause problems.
Make sure you only copy red in order for the red to be normal.
When the machine displays the code, you open and close the front bezel and retry until the code is not displayed.
