Presumably the other brakes bleed ok?
If there is load sensing valve fitted it might be necessary to bleed the rear brakes with the suspension at the road going height.

Maybe the bleed nipple is blocked or perhaps the flexible hose is blocked - try disconnecting the brake line and check for fluid delivery.

I am not familiar with the vehicle but the usual method to remove the panel is either brute force and lots of ignorance or remove the seats through the passenger door for improved access.
Even with the seats out it might be necessary to butcher the panel due to lack of clearance between the end of the dash and the door.

Those thoroughly familiar with the door internals can sometimes release the rear of the panel and work blind with one hand through the resulting gap to release the door catch.

The PCV valve is going the way of the carburetor, they are being phased out by "most" companies. If you can't find it, most likley it's not there. Thank you, Dana
