I'm sorry that you were not able to post your tip.
I understand that the products drop down list did not open and that you could not choose your product.
Can you please try again, this time start typing the product name or the model. the drop down should then open and show you a list of products. If you can't find the specific product you were looking for, try a more general category. For example, if you couldn't find 123xyz Samsung Washing Machine, try looking for Samsung washing machines.
Your tip will still be available under all Samsung washing Machine types.

Hi Jon,

The categories should appear in a dropdown as you begin typing. There are many categories, which is why they are not all listed at once. Start typing and you should see a dropdown appear.

Also note that when posting a tip it may be a short time before the tip will show since tips must be reviewed.

I had the same trouble last week - after typing the answer I found I had to copy it and refresh the page and then paste the text and click on post the answer when it would hang until the page was refreshed again and the answer would be posted.

It became normal after a couple of days.

If we asked any question in Vr2020 our expert personnel will give their suggestion and comments.
any personnel that answered the question will be recorded or save the conversation to their "My Profile" folder.
If the questioner want to reply or leave a comment it can be.
Just link again to the problem comments and leave any comment you want or additional question regarding to the first.
The experts who answered your question will be directly received a comment file and he will be directly read again what you indicated or post to the comment box.
Same he can again comment and you will received it again.
Until the problem will be finish or be solved.

Wow, well that's dumb. I should absolutely be able to delete a "solution" and you might want to consider making it possible to "comment" as opposed to every form of communication being either problem or solution.
