If it’s ice in floor of freezer, then defrost drain is stopped up. If it’s frost on back freezer wall, then it’s a defrost problem.

My advice is to get a professional person to check it out. You could have an explosion or even a fire. if you do not know what the problem is you better get help before you kill some body.

Check that both fans are running. Also check for frost build up on inside back freezer wall. That would indicate a defrost problem. If all that checks ok, then most likely it’s a sealed system leak or blockage

Most likely a defective ice maker

My samsung rf265ab did the same thing after I was cleaning it and the door was open for an extended time. I noticed the the light bulbs looked good and also notice 2 tiny black buttons between the light bulbs. They were slightly extended. I pushed both in and when I opened the fridge again the lights were working. Don't know if I fixed it or just a coincidence.

Your drip tray is always mounted underneath your Frige / Freezers' compressor and the compressor is mounted at the rear of the Frige / Freezer. Sorry you will have to move the Frige/ freezer unit to gain access. The drip tray sometimes move out of position due to vibrations from the compressor or sometimes it is pdisplaced by rodents.

SADLY WE CAN NOT CALL A FRIDGE REPAIR SERVICE LOCALLY

That company is being sued in a class action for their ice makers. With that in mind there is a tecnical bulletin for certain units and the repair is a three step process, defrost the unit and check the ice maker fill tube. They tend to move out of position, press it back into position and use a caulking sealant around the tube, the last thing is to check for a lip around the ice maker holder in the freezer, if it is present you need to trim it back. As a last resort, you can change the main board.
