From what I know you're refrigerator does not have main control board u simply have defrost timer and temperature cold control

More likely u have bad main control board locations on back of the unit check for voltage to dispenser board or just unplugged your fridge and remove cover on back for main control check for visual damage

Bad start relay on compressor or if has board on compressor more likely it's a board u need to verify voltage coming to board should be 110acv and coming out from the oars 3.5-6 dcv

There could be more than few thinks of causing this problem condensed fan not running or evaporated fan ,or it's not defrosting air tunnel blocked not enough refrigerant in the system
if u see ice buildup in freezer on back wall u have defrost essue u can defrostit by turning off the unit and running hair dryer along the way on back of freezer section or u just need to call a professional for proper diagnosis and repairs

Maybe evaporator fan making noise. After leaving open for long time, there was probably significant frost build up on evaporator near fan.
