I fixed my leaking problem by pulling out the vegetable drawer and checking the condensation drain hose. Sure enough, it was clogged and the condensation had nowhere to go but move out toward the front of the fridge, down the left side and onto the floor. Once that drain hose was cleared (with a bendable straw), no more leak!

Fridges coolness comes from the freezer so if you have something smelling in freezer then it can come over. But check under the freezer see if it’s covered in lint and if it’s wet can smell.

Check your owners manual. If it says "Ice Off" it is probably because someone accidentally triggered the off button.
If you don't have your owners manual, type in on any search "User Manual RS265TDBP/XAA".

At -2?F ice cream should be solid. Try this, store the ice cream on a lower shelf.
If that does not work, get a freezer thermometer and check the interior temperature.

Is there a sheet of ice in floor of freezer? If so, airflow to fridge is probably blocked by ice. This caused by clogged defrost drain

There is a switch that is opened and closed when you open/close door. With the switch is bad or it is stuck in the depressed condition. Check your door frame for the switch.
Good luck.

It is difficult to diagnose without providing a model number to your refrigerator however I am wondering it is equipped with an ice maker? It is common for fridges to come with one and many are not hooked up to a water line. If this happens, then the ice maker will continue to cycle trying to get water. The inlet valve in the back of the unit will buzz when there is no water pressure going to it. Please check your owners manual on how to turn the ice maker off if it has one and it is not hooked up.

If this is not the issue, then please give a model number for further assistance.
