Hi is this a sony a300 camera?
When you have changed the battery and the charger, most likely is that the "Motherboard" or mainboard of the camera or cellphone has a problem. Most of the time this is not worth fixing it because you'll need to get a micro-soldering expert and that is pretty expensive. If this happens with a laptop or computer is way easier to fix. Good luck!

After the phone has finished its factory reset it will reboot and you will be prompted to choose the desired display language. After choosing the correct language please follow the next steps:

  • Connect the phone to a Wifi Network
  • The next screen will ask you for the Google Account
  • Tap the text field in which the account should be inserted until the Keyboard comes up
  • Tap and hold the "@" character until a Settings menu pops up
  • Select Google Keyboard Settings
  • Tap on the 3 dots in the top part of the screen (or More depending on what Android OS you are running)
  • Select the Help&Feedback item and select any item in the list that will follow
  • Long press to select any text on this page and click on Websearch in the upper right corner
  • A search field will be shown (delete the text inside the search field)
  • Type Settings in the search field
  • Tap "About Phone" and tap 7 times on the Build Number to enable Developer Options

With the handset turned off, press and hold the Volume Down key.

Note that a master reset will return the handset to the default factory settings and erase all personal information on the handset. All important information should be backed up before proceeding.

Your inbox may be full. Delete old messages once you've listened to them to keep free space in your voicemail inbox. Otherwise you may be accidentally deleting them yourself but I don't think this is the problem

All phones are different. Just consult your manual for the answer to your question. Hint - check out the menus for messages management.
