Sprint Cell... | Answered 11 hours ago

depends completely on the phone type. Look it up on google, make model, factory reset. Though typically if you have android go to settings, and there can be a setting "backup & reset" which will wipe all data from the phone. There are typically hard key ways to do it while the phone is booting. On apples typically it is the power button and another button held till the apple comes on the screen, then release the "other" button (for example volume up) till the phone goes into a text screen, which if you follow the information on the screen, you can re-set the phone to factory defaults from there as well

Yes, follow this sequence:
1. Turn the device on
2. Press the call (phone icon) and the volume up (+) button at the same time and keep them pressed. After a few seconds the speaker will shut down.
3. Release the buttons.
4. Turn the speaker back on. It will automatically enter into search mode... And there you are, memory wiped up.
Good luck.
