First thing I would do is remove glazier bay faucet and throw it in trash. That is a home depot brand faucet. I'm the plumbing field we call them throw away faucets, like harbor freight sales throw away tool. Dont get much use out of them before you throw them away. Build.com or faucets.com, buy a Delta. I have been plumbing 25 years and have never attempted to fix, repair or rebuild a glazier bay faucet of any kind. I always remove it and install Delta. Be careful if you but one at home depot, most of it will be made of plastic. Try one of two websites I said earlier
If everything is going as it should and the sludge in your septic tank is decomposing properly you shouldn't need to empty the tank too often, but its a good idea to periodically pump out the tank to ensure against problems. You should be getting your tanked checked once a year at a minimum.
To clean a Septic Tank is a very difficult job for everyone nobody likes that bad smells. But there is a better solution or answer of cleaning septic tank is on YouTube where I have seen a video that showing how to get clean and smell free septic tank .That video was awesome and the product which showing in the video works very fast and give effective result in very less time.I think you should buy that product.

The drain pipe may not have been installed correctly - the slope may be wrong, or the pipe may be too small, or you may have too much backpressure, or if you have a septic tank it may be full and need pumping, or any number of other possible problems. You might have another plumber come for an assessment and opinion - make it clear that you don't necessarily intend to hire them to do any WORK, you just want their opinion. Then they won't try to sell you all new plumbing to replace what you just bought...
