Cocoa solids in chocolate do contain some caffeine so any drink with chocolate in is not going to be caffeine free. But milk chocolate contains a lot less cocoa solids than dark chocolate, so the type of chocolate used to make the drink will significantly alter the amount of caffeine in it.

Bottled water. Generally bottled water is just a glorified tap water. However there are many things that go on to put water into a bottle. It is chemically treated things such as ozone is added.among other things as it can't just be plain water, some of these bottles have to remain on shelves for a very long time. But rest assured no one would ever do anything that could harm us, now would they. Some bottled water is actually really what we would hope it to be like some of the spring waters that are out there are actually from mineral springs. However in my personal opinion I think it's all the biggest scam in the world, we bay more for a bottle of water than we do for a liter of fuel to run our cars on & it's just water it falls from the sky for free. Think about it people.??????

Frozen cranberries work just as well as fresh in cranberry sauces and relishes. And if you freeze them using the method I'm about to share, they will remain loose in their freezer bag or container rather than clumping together. That's important because it means you can take out exactly the amount of cranberries you need for a recipe.
Here is the best way to freeze cranberries:
  • First rinse the cranberries under cold water and let them drain in a colander. Sort through the cranberries and remove any that are shriveled, mushy, or green. Compost or discard those. Also pick out and get rid of any stems.
  • Spread the cranberries out on a dishtowel and let them air dry for about 15 minutes.
  • Now spread the cranberries in a single layer on a baking sheet with sides, or on a dish.
  • Put the cranberries in the freezer, uncovered, for 2 to 8 hours. Less than 2 hours may not fully freeze the cranberries, but be sure not to leave them in longer than 8 hours or they will get freezer burn.

There is no magic date. Just make sure to chill it for a hour before drinking. I know it sounds weird but that is how it is done. For white wine and it's been in the refrig. you need to let it sit a hour before drinking. Most folks drink white wine too cold and red wine too warm.

Definitely not but it depends on where you live. For instance, if you live in India I would think bottled water is healthier. If you live in the united states and England, tap water will probably be just as healthy.

Heart attacks are caused by a combination of genetics and lifestyle patterns. If your family has a frequent history of heart attacks, especially at a young age, and you want to improve your chances of not having one:

You MUST follow a heart healthy diet, and make sure you get a level of regular exercise appropriate for your age and current fitness level.

I am not going to pussyfoot with you. The typical American diet is the absolute worst on the planet. Double that if you adhere to a Southern diet, ie, lots of fried food, butter, dairy, sweets, high sugar. Continue that and DIE YOUNG.

Wine very rarely goes bad if it has never been opened. The worst you will find is that it soured and smells or tastes like vinegar.
