Alcatel Computers & Internet - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

Turn the device off, press the up volume and powerbutton in and don't release them until you feel the vibration of your phone.(mostly 5s)
You get in the recovery menu and you will be able to do a factory reset in this menu. You can scrol through this menu with the volume up and down and select with the power button. Good luck.

Android 7.0 Nougat -- Go to "Settings" click "About Phone", click "Software Info" then look for Android Version number. (The 1st number is the most important, 7 = Nougat.) May not be exactly as stated above for Alcatel, but should be under "About Phone" or "About Device"
