Hello, Susan -

Apparently, Baldwin sewing machines were made in Japan by the Precision Sewing Machine Company:

That is all the information I could find.

Best wishes.

SOURCE: white sewing machine model 1762

You can download White manuals from Singer. Just go to and type W in the search box. The next page will be a list of White machines with manuals available. They may not have the exact model (as in my case), but there will be a similar one. I had to email White-Viking to be redirected to Singer....

SOURCE: Need a manual for an older Elgin Deluxe sewing

This may be way off left field, but I saw some Elgin manuals for old vintage machines on the Singer site. Put Elgin in the search box if the number only does not work and scroll down to see what is there. I saw a 1015 model, maybe it will be close. Some manuals are free for download and others cost money. Otherwise do a web search for Relics or Tia Relics and ask if they have a manual that will sub for your machine if you cannot find it in her listings.

Singer now has White sewing machine manuals (see number prefix W) and White Serger manuals (see prefix WSL) along with Singer sewing machine and serger manuals and some odd ones that came from the merger.

I need a foot pedal and a power cord for my sewland sewing machine

I am unable to find much information about your particular brand of machine. You might try contacting some sewing machine repair shops or parts vendors and ask if they can find what you need. It's quite possible your machine was made by a well-known manufacturer (ie Singer, Janome...) and it would have parts readily available for your machine.

Where do I find the model numbers on it at it an older model n how do I thread it?

There is usually a tag or label somewhere that has that information. Older Singers have only a serial number that also designates the model number.

I need manual for singer machine model #50t8 e99670

Singer Sewing Machine labels are printed in a confusing manner. E99670 50T8 is not the actual Model Number. The actual Model Number is the first 4 digits on the line with the Serial Number. In my case, the Model Number is1525, even though E99670 50T8 appears on the label at "Model Number". This machine was also labeled with other 4 digit model numbers too, depending on when it was manufactured. Using the Singer link for either free downloadable manuals, or paid paper manuals, search for the correct 4 digit model number and the resulting correct manual is there. Link below for manuals :

Is there anywhere i can view the manual online?

Hi, first, go to your machine manufacturer's site - you can often find old manuals and other information helpful information. If you don't find help there - go to a search site and type the brand and model number of your machine - exactly as it appears on the machine. If you don't get a hit, type in "sewing machine manuals". I have found a number of sites that sell machine manuals or have instructions for threading and so on. If your machine is a current model, you can order a manual from the manufacturer.

Hope this helps!
