Question about Computers & Internet

Look on the bottom of the router, it often has the username and password there. The username is usually admin, and in many cases you can't change it.
If that doesn't work, you will also find the model number there, google [model number] default password and you should find something
final option is a hard reset! but that will wipe most of the settings and often require you to call your ISP to set it up again. Google [model number] hard reset or factory reset.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
