if the control panel display is completely blank but the printer works, you have a faulty panel. I can order it, feel free to contact me, its possible xerox will still cover this under warranty. Call xerox tech support, tell them the issue and see if the control panel would still be covered under warranty eventhough your machine is out of warranty. instructions come with replacing the part.

The code means that the head tile restraint spring is not in place.
This is what engineers check for before replacing any parts:
• Check that the Process Drive gear train is properly homed.
• Check for obstructions or ink spills around the Printhead. Spilled ink could indicate the
system was tipped while hot. Check for blockage in the Purge Tube.
• Verify the Printhead travels smoothly from left to right.
• Check the Printhead Restraint Arms.

Take out the paper! just kidding :)
I guess it's a problem with a sensor in the output tray that has either fallen off or got stuck in an up position by some paper.
Either you put it back, remove the paper that is stopping the sensor from moving freely or call an engineer

Apparently the machine is telling you to remove the copies made from the output tray, probably it is getting heavy.
