It's a fault relate with IP address. There is a PC which take the IP of Printer. Find this PC and turn off it in moment just restart Printer before restart PC

There is a loose connection on the finisher. The fault code does not appear if the copy/print is delivered to the middle tray I think.
The code means that the "offset catch tray home sensor did not turn on in specified time". You may manually move the offset mechanism and see if it moves smoothly.

That is a fault code of the scanner CCD. It is not detecting enough light.
First thing I would ask is when you turn the machine on do you see the lamp come on? When the machine powers on, it will turn on the lamp and look at the white reference strip on the bottom side of the glass.
If it is not coming on the lamp may be bad. If the glass it very dirty and that white strip is dirty you will get that code.
But here are the 3 suspects.

Replace the lamp, lens, mirror or the white correcting plate.

reset ur fuser module
press 0 and hold for 5 second than press start button
enter passcode 6789 and press confirm
press machine status and press tools on touch screen
press maintenance and diagnostics
nvm read /write
type chainlink 744-220
enter new value 0 and save
after close the log
restart ur machine

Platen AOC Failure.
Power off completely and then power back on.
If the problem persists please Call for Service.

there is a toner counter chip for 128 .check if u have replaced with new one that it might have been out of position.if possible call a rep as it is a bit tricky
