My blu studio 5.0 II stuck on boot up screen and get get it to boot up fall the way

1. Turn off your phone by removing the battery and put it back in.
2. Press the volume up key and the power button together (Volume up key first) until the phone comes on. your phone should enter into 'recovery mode'
3. Using the volume control keys, select 'wipe cache partition' or 'wipe cache'.
4. Press the power button to select it, and it will clean the cache.
5. Scroll to 'restart phone' or 'reboot phone', and it should reboot now....

Why cant i get on the internet the phone is brand new

Do you have a data plan with your service provider? You need one unless you connect via wifi.

With your wifi at home you need to go to settings log on to your wifi name and enter the password.

With public wifi hotspots you need to log on and add a password.

With places that have 'free' wifi you have to log on in settings and then open your browser to a new webpage, accept terms and conditions and click connect.

Somehow, I moved an extra phone icon onto the start page of my Blue 5.0 smartphone. How do I change this back to one phone headset image?

Hi Mary,
I think that if you press and hold on the unwanted icon it should become 'unstuck'. You should then be able to move the icon to the trash area.

How do i fix my phone camera ?

Is it the camera within the phone that is not working? Do you have too many pictures in your phone and it cannot fit any more? If your phone is full then it will not let you take pictures. Try loading the pictures to the cloud or your pc and then restart the phone.

Shut down and Boot into recovery mode (hold down power and volume buttons), then use volume buttons to scroll to factory reset and press power button to select it

How do i take my blu 5.0 off safe mode

With the phone powered on, remove the back, and take out the battery. DON'T POWER OFF THE PHONE, just remove the battery, and leave it out for approx. 5 minutes then power it back up again. Safe mode should be de-activated then...

I got it BLU 5.0 dual Sim sulfone the problem is nobody can hear us when we call others or they call us. Can this be fixed?

Most likely it's the microphone. Try using a headset, either wired or Bluetooth, and see the results. If that doesn't work or you're not into headsets, you may need to consult a technician.
