old plasma? what is full model name of TV?
i guess wifi fails on TV.
so is TV close to the router wrong at or 100ft away.
do all other things work on this router wifi
cell phones (standing near TV (distance matters)
or any laptops
or notebooks or pads?
test that first. if that fails the router is set up wrong
is it your router or the ISPs?

learn to diagnose WIFI , hint try more devices
on my verizon cell phone, it has wifi option
i turn off 4g saves money doing that)
an then turn on wifi (home wifi) and set that up
if that works the router is ok
if still only TV fails. the TV may be too old, no tv model told
so if TV is very old, and does not do WPA2
and your router is set to WPA2 only (like mine is now)
then it can fail at the TV only.

here in your router do this, just 3 steps.
set the SSID first,, to like rover123 (a name you now, instantaly as yours)
easy no?
next set the encrytpion to what you TV can do
if TV is WPA1 only set router to, wpa1 /2 both. dual wpa mode.
do not use WEP it is not safe.
now set you Pass-phrase (pw)
to say this,. (not this , this its lastpass created do your own)
do not use dictionary PW.
now it works, at home. just 1 example, then write it down.!!!
8vngIaUVaQTx

OR DO THIS:
connect the router with cat/5/6 cable to the TV Ethernet port assuming it has one. and bam fast easy connections
in TV you must tell it to use what ever you have now.
first. in INTERNET connects inside TV menus. smart screens.

fresh posts. read the spec on the tab. it tells you what is inside the device.. 802 wireless is wifi the 4g hardware varies by country, unstated by you. by communications laws in every country here USA is FCC laws. and by CARRIER, no carrier stated either,. your model number is malformed, incomplete. 100s of submodels made, only full models can we find a spec. is this a zenpad? S3 (not 3) but S3? you left off the S? 9.7" screen ok. ever look here, and find your TAB. if you find it there, and read the spec and has 4G then call your carrier ask them if they support this tab the carrier may only support a tiny few tabs so ask them first. https://www.asus.com/us/Tablets/

hello Kai, welcome
the PC is an ASUS, one of the best brands for sure.
the drivers are at Asus.com from 1995 to now, every day, there.
all you do is go there , click your PC there
and see all drivers for every OS they support.
you said w10, so lets see what it there,

2nd google hit.
asus n76v laptop.
https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/N76VZ/

easy no>
then i click top right support
and then click drivers
we see no w10 drivers, so there are non for this model.
why not tell the helper which driver fail first.?
DEVICE manager errors or a device is dead?
are you internet connected? on that PC?, do so.
do you know how to force load w8 drives.
the trick is simple
download those drivers that are dead, now.
lets say. wifi is dead (the hard nut)
first connect a CAT5/6 standard ethernate cable from your router
ports to the PC 8 pin Lan port.
bingo you have internet.
then let plug and play work right for the first time.
if that works and wifi driver wakes up end story
if not force load the W8 wifi driver above.

Version V10.0.0.2632013/10/1239.42 MBytesQualcomm Atheros Wireless Lan Driver and Application

down load this.
then unzip the fail to a folder called wifi or what seems nice
then see lots of fails
then see setup.exe
the right click the exe, and pick properties, then tab compat.
and set compatiblitiy mode to w8
and then run the exe and it force loads, w8 into w10
there is no guarantee this works,

if it fails ask how to find a drive, that Asus does not support
nor MS. PnP servers.
we can do that, but you need to tell me the what is failing
first, then pick one to fix first.
we can do it 1 by 1 and never all at once in this silly text box.

you upgraded with out ASUS permission, that is what you did .
in fact most PCs do not run w10 (old ones)
if chip never had w10 drivers ever, that is a problem.

Possibly but your question lacks information. You can use the Comment menu to add details to your question. If you don't have the BIOS password, that will be difficult to resolve. If you don't have the Windows password, there are several methods to completely erase the hard drive and install Windows or other programs. You don't state what version of Windows is on it, but most likely an older version of Windows based on the age of that model laptop.

OP I have no idea what PC you have?
for sure all things inside, PSU model full # (tag makers name and model #)
all cables connected, or failed to connect.?? AUX?
no PCI slot filled,? with what? Video card If yes what card?
We get it the HDD has windows and is no good
and you try to install windows, from unstated media,
we can not ever guess what media or if ISO from whom?
stop searching on google , otherS PC are not Your PC, ok?
learn to post facts full please.
or post photos of all you have there.

there is no other way to get help with everyone here blind in a text box. or googling, all helpers are blinded by lack of key facts.

first off its not new, but is new to you ,my guess bought used off fleabay for way too much cash, as we see endless now.

the 870 is the oldest I7 ever made, GEN 0 it 1870 is gen1 so
we are up to gen 9 now. so old old cpu it is but not a problem
for w7 (w10 is a problem ask)
G0 is ok, just slow, no issues. Intel built September 2009
as you can see it is 9 years old today. NOT NEW.

1: no install media stated.
2: PSU model not stated.
3: power cables to mobo (both) and to GPU card AUX not stated.
4: DDR3 memory partnumbers and maker not stated, matters.
DDR3 must be on Acers qualified memory list, is it? I cant look for you, unless told make and model ram.

My guess is wrong PSU, I cant see your PSU or inside your case but let me guess the MOBO 4 pin aux cable is MISSING.
and that will fail. just like you said.

the BIOS 1 page, set BIOS to defaults and exit save.
and if you did that the HDD0 will boot, if HDD is not defective.
I see you installed w7 but how far did you get, to the last step reboot? and then it fails ,first removing the w7 unstated media,
(dvd media) not removed the install loops endlessly.
the 2nd phase of the install , runs from HDD only.
and connected to the internet via Ethernet makes that way better. now. plug and play working better like that.

I never install any OS ever, unless I run the HDD tests called
SMART< I run that and if smart fails the HDD IS NO GOOD.
no HDD stated at all, new, or 10 years old, nothing.

Your motherboard, has 2 power feed connectors
24 and 4
I bet 4 pin is missing, cable. am I right,?

If only you';d spec out what is in the box (chassis) or one photo of inside, answers go 10x better, be like the first ever here to do that.
see this wire, here,
from PSU to the far right corner. behind the fan left rear edge
that is AUX if missing the PC crashes all the time or is dead.
if PSU is 1999 to 2008 expect bad caps, we dump these PSU .

Take a copy of your DBF before starting...
set environmental variable before launching.
SET TABLEVALIDATE=0

You may have to also set this in Foxpro (It's been a while since I used it so can't remember):

SET TABLEVALIDATE TO 0

Follwowing commands in Foxpro should fix the header record count.

USE corrupt.dbf (your DB name here obviously)
APPEND BLANK
DELETE
PACK

nice question,
but there is NO ANSWER TO that, LET ME EXPLAIN,
did you lose the original CPU?

first off only Asus.com knows this, ask them,
reasons is.?
1: the BIOS must be updated first, to use other CPU (fact)
2: after the update there is a new qualified, CPU list by ASUS.
3: the motherboard, electronics must like it too (bridge chips)
4: TPD rules (q8400 is 95watts)
now you know the rules 4.
so ask them, there are also MOBO version too, that can get in the way, v1, and v2 may not be the same ever.

page 1.
LGA775 socket for Intel® Core™2 Duo/Pentium D/Pentium 4/Celeron D
so why not read the asus support page first (1st google hit)

https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5SD2VM/HelpDesk_CPU/

says bios v510 up does. clear as day.

no PC stated at all, model and #
honestech is video editor only
why not ask maker of that app.
or read minimum requirement on that APP First.
not just guess.
page 6 says XP only.
ask the maker for w10 version, be super wise that.
RTM?
honestech 2.5 tvr (relic old app)
https://www.honestech.com/pdf/user%20guide_video%20to%20dvd%20converter%20suite_r12.pdf

all I have are questions.
did you upgrade your PC to10?
did you load Honestech from scratch now.(not your 2.5 , but V3?
https://www.honestech.com/main/SoftwareUpdates.asp
did you get the w8 version or after update, seems not.
did you attempt to load it in W10 (w8 ) compatibility mode.?
ask the maker yet, seems not. (we are not them we do not sell software or updates)
