Does the sound go away when you block the overflow with palm of hand?... and slow to drain also?

5 ft. shouldn't have made a difference (never say never).

FOOT VALVE IS AT BOTTOM OF THE WELL . PIPENEEDS PULLED TO CHECK IT . WATER LOGGED TANKS CAN BE CHECKED BY PRESSING ON THE AIR VALVE AT THE TANK AND IF WATER COMES OUT IT IS BAD

It appears to be a plain square mount... pull harder.

If that doesn't work, penetrating liquid behind handle and in set screw hole. Wait 1hr, reapply... repeat, repeat, repeat.

PULL HARDER.

If that doesn't work after a day or two... properly heating with small torch will likely free the handle. That or hire a plumber.

Check your pressure tank to see if it is holding air pressure. There should be a stem valve on the top, press the center pin and if water comes out then your bladder has a hole in it.

There should be a pressure guage on the inlet water pipe from the pump, see if the pressure is holding. If it is good chance you pump switch is having issues.

I'll assume you have hot water flow to other faucets in the house, hot water to this faucet worked previously, and cold water flows at this faucet<?>. I'll further assume you haven't experienced sub-zero temperatures.

Then;
Check supply shut off (under sink) is open. Hot supply is "usually" to your left and cold is to your right. Twist valve CCW to open.

If there are no other shut off valves between this faucet and the hot water tank, then likely there's a blockage. It could be blocked anywhere between the hot water tank, up to the inside of the kitchen faucet valve. Most likely inside the kitchen valve, as it has the smallest passageways.

This could be a lot of things. You need to post the model number for better info, but it could be:

1. A capacitor in the motor is bad.
2. There is a floating voltage affecting a GFI.
3. There is a load factor on the armature.

Those 2 little holes on each side of the bronze tap are for a special tool that unscrews the collar holding it in place. Try using a screw driver and a small hammer to tap on the hole to loosen it on the left side pushing down. Obviously main water OFF.

The handle needs to return to the up position with out binding (sticking) otherwise the chain between handle and flapper may be taught and when closed causing the flapper to leak. If handle is binding, loosen large plastic nut, on inside of tank that holds handle to tank, by 1/8 turns until it returns to up position freely.

If handle not sticking, check that chain is not taught when flapper is closed and handle up. Even the slightest tension on the flapper may cause leaking. Adjust chain length so it is just loose. Make the chain too long and it may get caught in the flapper. It's adjust by trial and error until right.

That’s nice.

You may have to resort to using a handle puller but the faucet design may preclude this.
