Ronald Tyler get a plug for a cigarette lighter cut the wires leaving about 12 in" find out which wire of the 2 goes to the center of the plug ,hook a test lamp to that wire turn on the ignition and touch the center of each fuse in the fuse n box until the test light comes on that's the fuse to pull

You need a dc current test light to see if it is getting current, or plug in a cell phone charger to see if you are getting current. Our it could be the the lighter insert, a burnt out element and not the socket.
