I fit's fuel injected, then it cannot flood as in a carberuted engine. Chek your fuel pump relay and then your fuel pump fuse. IF both are good, then check actual fuel pump. If your Jeep has a transponder key, you may also be having a problem with that system.

The CKP sensor is MOPAR# 5149167AE, It is located on the passenger side of the engine, halfway up between the bell housing flange and the engine oil dip stick tube.

If you rotate the engine until the #1 piston is at the top of the cylinder your timing mark should show on "0". Remove the cap and the rotor will be pointing at #1 then just place the wires on the correct post clockwise around the cap. 1,5,3,6,4,2

There could be a couple of reasons for this.
But that’s not to say it’s a big problem.

1st, make sure there is enough fuel in it.

Some vehicles with a large fuel tank, won’t pick up when there’s only a small amount. So stick another Jerry cans worth in if you can.

Secondly, put a battery pack / jump pack or cables on it to give it a power boost and keep cranking it. It can take a while for the fuel pump to get the fuel back to the engine and fill the fuel lines.

Also, keep “priming” the fuel pump.
* put the keys in the ignition, turn to position 2 so the car is ready to start and all the lights are on the dash, wait 10 seconds, then remove the keys, and repeat this process 2 or 3 times before trying to start”

This will get the fuel pump to prime up and push fuel down the lines.

Just looking at the prints on the link below I see a J9 junction connector which I think looks like all or most of the back lights go through it. If front parking lights are out it could be the light switch looking at the bottom print, Fig Power source. If front parking lights work it may be a rusted connector or wire grounded on something to the connector. I had a caviler one time I unplugged the connector put a little electrical grease on it and plugged it back in and the lights started working. I do not remember every light in the rear of the car being out. Hope this is of some help.

The computer logs this code when the mass airflow sensor indicates more airflow than expected. Is the engine idling high? It could be that the idle air control valve is jammed open. Or, there could be another excessive air flow path downstream of the airflow sensor. Check all hoses connected to the inlet duct between the airflow sensor and the throttle body. Are any of them connected to the intake manifold?

you can probably remove the blower but that doesnt mean youll be able to reach the ring. cant hurt to try. buy a mirror and a good flashlight. maybe even a 3 prong grABBER TOOL TOO

my answer will be, non export jeep. USA jeep, no one ever says !!!!
the tail lamps are not brake lamps.
they are independant.
there are many parking lamps , and the tails are that.
do all parking lamps fail>? see FSM page 8w50-2
the tails run directly to the park headlight switch pin, marked park.
which gets power from fuse 34
the same switch and pin runs all other park lamps and same fuse 34.
so if the fuse is good, then all lamps are burned out , nah.
or the switch is bad, and can due to so many lights for so long.
if lamps are not dim then here is no short, so must be an open
Fuse 34 tops list , use an ohmeter to test the fuse. or replace it
as , they can get hair line cracks. inside fues
0 ohms = good, infinity = bad fuse.
