It can't be related to the tyres or it wold do it all the time. The tyres don't change after 10 minutes driving apart from warming up a fraction. The new tires are 10mm wider and the height is 70% of the width as opposed to 75% of the height. They are fatter, but shorter.

More likely engine noise, or ball joints, or universal joints, that are warming up under load.

Did you ground out the coil secondary while cranking? If not there's a very good chance you fried the ignition module. It's mounted in the distributor and some parts stores have a module tester so get it checked also check fuses. I hope this helps, Take care. Merry Christmas

Check for a worn belt first. Make sure that the battery has good clean and tight cables. If the alt is not putting out the necessary voltage under a load, it may have a weak voltage regulator.

How long since tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Did you check primary voltage to ignition coil, engine cranking, dark green wire with orange tracer, use a test light and check for voltage. That voltage comes from asd relay. You may need to check cam and crank sensor, both. I realize you changed the crank sensor, already. Some makes and models, the computer has to see cam and crank signal, both, or it won't ground the asd relay.

Could be other issues?
